RETURN CONDITIONS

We will accept returns of products within the first 15 days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the client and provided that the conditions required by Law 47/2002, which regulate trade regulations, are met.

Returns will only be accepted previously authorized by us and in writing. To request this authorization, the client will previously contact us and once authorized, the shipping address of the merchandise and the conditions for the return to be accepted will be indicated. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes.

Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the amount will be refunded, reserving the right to pay a lower amount in case the material does not arrive in perfect condition. Transportation costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED BY TRANSPORT

In order to process a claim for damage during transport, you must notify the transport agency within a maximum period of 24 hours or if the external packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, indicate it on the delivery note that is signed upon receipt the request.

Once the claim is made, we take care of the collection of the defective product and once received, we proceed to send a product in perfect condition at no cost to the customer.
